Project Description

My third is a film called, “Lhamo”. It’s about a Tibetan girl who left everything behind to come to America. In her search for the “American dream” she soon realizes she is unable to express herself like she thought she would be able to in a free country.

Tibetan culture is based on love and compassion. I am committed to preserving Tibetan culture through my films. And while this request goes against my culture, I must ask for help. I cannot make these films without your financial support. Any amount you can give – even if it is one dollar – I humbly ask you to donate. You are helping me to continue to be a strong voice for the voiceless , allowing me to educate the world about Tibet’s beautiful people, our peaceful culture, our heart-breaking struggles and our hopeful spirits… knowing one day we WILL see a FREE TIBET.
